3. Look at whole foods: Whole foods are food that has been processed and removed as little as possible and is free from additives or other artificial substances.
4. Find healthy choices: Limit processed foods. It may be hard as children are used to eataing these food but it is not wrong to start somewhere even with little progress. You could talk to your children about food with dyes & why it may not be the best choice for their bodies.
